In 1999, I entered the world of Real Estate sales in New Construction. In 2004, I became Broker-in-Charge certified. Sharing the real word esperiences from my agents and me has been a blessing to my students. I follow in the footsteps of my maternal grandmother, who was a career High School teacher in Gastonia, NC. Watching her change lives for the better inspired me to do the same. I tell my students that I want to be mentioned in their memoirs. I want to be memorable, influential, and make a difference in your life.

Born and raised in Waxhaw, North Carolina, Cheryl began her real estate career in 2001 after proudly serving in the United States Air Force. She started in residential sales but quickly discovered her passion for lots and land—while still remaining active in home sales to stay connected to the residential side of real estate. Cheryl has taught thousands of professional real estate agents and members of the general public across North Carolina and South Carolina.
